Abstract

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Luka tekanan semakin meningkat di layanan kesehatan dan dapat memperpanjang perawatan serta memperlambat pemulihan pasien. Di Indonesia, prevalensi luka tekanan di rumah sakit mencapai 33%. Tujuan: mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya pressure ulcers dan mengenali faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya pressur ulcers. Studi appraisal dan metode sintesis: Dilakukan pencarian secara sistematis dengan menggunakan kata kunci pada database Ebsco, Pubmed, Medline, dan Google Scholar. Setelah itu, kualitas artikel penelitian akan dinilai menggunakan CASP, kemudian data akan diekstrak dan dianalisis secara mandiri. Hasil: Terdapat tiga artikel yang menggunakan studi retrospektif untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan luka tekanan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendasarinya. Sebagai bagian tim kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab atas perawatan pasien secara menyeluruh, peran perawat sangat penting dalam mencegah terjadinya luka tekanan dan mengenali faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada terjadinya luka tekanan. Kesimpulan dan Implikasi Hasil : Perawat bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelayanan yang komprehensif, termasuk mencegah terjadinya luka tekanan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Dengan melakukan hal ini, angka kejadian luka tekanan dapat menurun, serta mengurangi biaya dan waktu perawatan di rumah sakit dan mempercepat program rehabilitasi bagi pasien.
