INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENT AND SUPPORT UNTUK ORANG DENGAN GANGGUAN JIWA: STUDI LITERATUR

Penggunaan Individual Placement And Support (IPS) sendiri atau balai kerja terlindung di Indonesia sendiri masih belum optimal, persebaran yang belum merata, manajemen pengelolaan IPS yang masih dalam tahap perkembangan. Perlu adanya upaya pengembangan lebih lanjut menganai implementasi IPS di Indonesia untuk mengotimalkan potensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mensintesis beberapa jurnal untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Supported Environment (Penempatan dan Dukungan Individu ) untuk Orang dengan Gangguan Jiwa di Indonesia berdasarkan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah scoping review atau tinjauan literatur mengikuti Arksey and O’Malley framework. Pengumpulan data sekunder dari artikel ilmiah. Pencarian literatur dilakukan di database internet yaitu Scopus, Science Direct, Medline, SAGE journal, dan Google Scholar. Penelitian ini menggunakan kata kunci IPS, terapi okupasi, rehabilitasi vokasi, kesehatan jiwa. Kriteria inklusi dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur yang berfokus mengenai IPS antara tahun 2000-2022, yang berupa penelitian original, tinjauan literatur, full teks dapat diakses, dari jurnal internasional, dan berbahasa inggris. Artikel yang diperoleh sebanyak 374 artikel, tetapi yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi hanya 8 artikel. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan Program Dukungan Bekerja untuk penderita gangguan jiwa, Output IPS, Rentang waktu evaluasi/ follow up ODGJ dalam bekerja, efektifitas kerja pasien di IPS, dan adaptasi individu. Kesimpulan dari literatur review ini adalah proses kesembuhan dan pemulihan penderita gangguan jiwa juga tidak terlepas dari kegiatan yang terdapat dalam program rehabilitasi dan vokasi di IPS. Harapannya program dukungan bekerja ini dapat dioptimalkan di Indonesia dan meginspirasi terbentukan balai kerja terlindung sebagai jembatan antara penderita gangguan jiwa yang sudah stabil dengan dunia kerja UMKM.
