Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kecacatan di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Pasien stroke sering kali mengalami gangguan fisik, mental, dan sosial yang membutuhkan perawatan intensif dan dukungan dari keluarga maupun komunitas. Caregiver, yang biasanya anggota keluarga atau orang dekat pasien, memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pemulihan dan kualitas hidup pasien stroke di rumah. Artikel ini membahas hasil studi kualitatif mengenai peran caregiver pasien stroke dalam tatanan komunitas, tantangan yang mereka hadapi, dan bagaimana peran tersebut berkontribusi terhadap pemulihan pasien stroke.
